Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and contribute to the establishment of coding standards and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in real-time.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, and deployment.
- Ensure application security and data integrity across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go (fluency in at least two is required).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
