- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement fixes
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
- Strong proficiency with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda)
