Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ and AWS Certified Solutions Architect certifications required
- Expert knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware)
- Proven experience with network security protocols and firewalls
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotation
