Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN) and ensure optimal connectivity.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Respond to help desk tickets and user inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement system upgrades and security patches.
- Document technical issues and resolutions to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
- CompTIA A+ Certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to lift and move equipment as needed for setup.
