Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions including Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components
- Lead API integrations with federal systems using REST/SOAP services and middleware platforms
- Optimize Salesforce performance through data modeling, automation, and governance best practices
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement security protocols compliant with federal data standards and regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with proven expertise in Apex and Lightning
- Federal sector experience with SFDC security and compliance requirements (FedRAMP, NIST)
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs, middleware tools (MuleSoft, Boomi), and CI/CD pipelines
- Professional Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator)
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Einstein Analytics
- Demonstrated success in delivering mission-critical projects on aggressive timelines
