Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues across Windows/Linux environments
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid network solutions
- Provide Tier 3 support for enterprise clients with SLA adherence
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during system migrations
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct training sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certifications
- Expertise in Active Directory, SCCM, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Python/Bash)
- Experience with ITIL framework and ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
