Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using AWS/Azure
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Lead end-to-end feature development from conception to deployment
- Optimize system performance and resolve complex technical debt
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Kubernetes and Docker
- Contribute to engineering best practices and documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Java/Python/Go)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and serverless technologies
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and database optimization
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade applications
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
