- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance

Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience with Cisco/Juniper certifications
- Expertise in AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments
- CompTIA Security+ and CISSP preferred
- Proven incident response leadership with SLA-driven background
- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, VPN, and endpoint security
- Ability to work flexible schedules including on-call rotations
