Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and databases to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform advanced data cleansing, validation, and transformation tasks to ensure data integrity.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Data Science.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MS SQL Server).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expert level experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment (Government or Consulting experience preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
