Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance front-end and back-end solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimization: Optimize application performance, speed, and SEO ranking to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments to cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Redux, and HTML5/CSS3.
- Backend: Expertise in Node.js, Express, or similar server-side technologies.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
