Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in fast-paced emergency and acute care settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Lead patient education initiatives for chronic disease management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Minnesota with minimum 2 years clinical experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-changing environments
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Experience with Epic EMR system strongly preferred
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice
