Responsibilities
- Provide basic patient support under supervision (vital signs, mobility assistance)
- Assist with patient hygiene and comfort measures
- Document patient observations accurately in electronic health records
- Support clinical staff with equipment preparation and room turnover
- Maintain clean and organized patient care environments
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No healthcare experience required (training provided)
- Basic computer literacy for documentation systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid CPR certification (will be provided if not certified)
- Background check and drug screen required
