Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced cardiac ICU environment
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care plans
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during critical situations
- Maintain strict compliance with hospital safety standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado (or compact state)
- BSN preferred; ADN with 2+ years ICU experience accepted
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Experience with cardiac monitoring equipment (EKG, telemetry)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
