Responsibilities
- Delicate patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care teams and communicate with physicians
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Educate patients and families on discharge protocols
- Respond effectively to emergency situations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license (compact license acceptable)
- BSN preferred; ADN with 2+ years experience considered
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- 1+ years acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Epic EHR proficiency preferred
- Spanish bilingual candidates highly encouraged
