Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor heavy industrial machinery and assembly lines to ensure smooth production flow.
- Perform routine quality control inspections and adjust machinery settings as needed to maintain product specifications.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Document production data accurately and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads and other technicians to troubleshoot operational issues efficiently.
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality assurance protocols.
- Assist in inventory management and material handling as required by the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; technical certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to read technical schematics and gauges.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation is required.
