Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 production operators during night shift operations
- Implement and maintain quality control standards per AS9100 specifications
- Coordinate workflow to meet daily production targets of 200+ units
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain detailed production logs
- Address equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance teams
- Train new hires on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and aerospace industry regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years manufacturing supervisory experience
- AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to troubleshoot CNC machinery and assembly processes
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during shift
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
