Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations ensuring efficiency and quality standards
- Train and supervise team of 15+ manufacturing technicians
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and equipment troubleshooting
- Monitor KPIs including OEE, throughput, and scrap rates
- Collaborate with engineering on process improvements
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and ISO 9001 standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years manufacturing supervisory experience
- Aerospace or precision machining background required
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Proficient with ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends when needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
