Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person night shift production team
- Monitor quality control metrics and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and workflow optimization
- Ensure strict OSHA and safety compliance
- Train new hires on machinery and procedures
- Manage inventory and supply chain coordination
- Generate daily production reports for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years manufacturing/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to work independently overnight
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Valid Michigan driver's license
