Responsibilities
- Operate precision CNC machinery and robotic assembly systems
- Perform quality control inspections using digital measurement tools
- Assemble automotive components with zero-defect standards
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA guidelines
- Document production data in our digital tracking system
- Participate in continuous improvement kaizen events
- Train on new equipment and processes monthly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for data entry
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (including weekends)
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Manufacturing experience a plus but not required
