Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event spaces according to client specifications
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes
- Distribute promotional materials and event information
- Assist with food/beverage service at VIP and general areas
- Maintain clean and organized event venues
- Provide exceptional customer service to diverse attendees
- Report inventory and incident logs to supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be available evenings/weekends (minimum 20 hrs/week)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication skills with professional demeanor
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Flexibility to work in fast-paced settings
- Basic math skills for cash handling (if applicable)
- Must pass background check
