Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations ensuring seamless guest service and team coordination
- Train and mentor new staff on service standards and safety protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries and operational issues with professionalism and urgency
- Monitor inventory and resource allocation during peak weekend periods
- Implement company policies while maintaining a positive team culture
- Prepare shift reports and performance metrics for management review
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive weekend operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or customer service
- Proven ability to lead teams during high-pressure situations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Nevada Gaming License (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Valid state driver's license and reliable transportation
