- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in daily training sessions to stay updated on product features and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
