Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve billing issues, product questions, and service disruptions within SLA timelines
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex problems and track resolution progress
- Update CRM records with detailed interaction notes and action items
- Identify upsell opportunities for existing clients based on usage patterns
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master new products/processes
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through empathetic communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume contact center environment
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with Midwestern dialect fluency
- Ability to multitask across digital channels while maintaining composure
- Available for 20-25 hours/week including evenings and weekends
- Passion for resolving customer issues with first-contact resolution mindset
- Valid Missouri driver's license for occasional off-site client meetings
