- Handle 25-30 customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and live chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using CRM tools within SLA timeframes
- Process transactions and update client records with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex escalations
- Document interactions and identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain expert knowledge of product offerings and company policies
- Support seasonal peak periods with flexible scheduling availability
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- 6+ months customer service or call center experience
- Proficient in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
