Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Troubleshoot technical issues for software and hardware products
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems while maintaining SLA compliance
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers to resolve complex escalations
- Process returns and manage customer accounts with precision
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and training materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Basic technical knowledge of Windows/macOS systems
- Valid NC driver's license for occasional off-site support
