Responsibilities
- Handle 25-30 customer interactions daily via in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Resolve product inquiries, process returns, and execute seamless exchanges
- Operate POS systems and maintain accurate transaction records
- Collaborate with sales team to identify upsell opportunities
- Maintain pristine store presentation and inventory standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
