Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound customer calls daily with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing inquiries and service issues using CRM software
- Process payments and update customer accounts accurately
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve complex escalations
- Maintain detailed call documentation and performance metrics
- Participate in quarterly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to team goals with 95%+ customer satisfaction targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in call center or retail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Fluent in English (bilingual Spanish a major plus)
