Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve customer issues efficiently using CRM systems and established protocols
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate transaction records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote new service offerings
- Maintain detailed customer interaction logs in Salesforce
- Contribute to weekly performance improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
