- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, shipping, and product issues with empathy and precision
- Document interactions in CRM system and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify upsell opportunities and cross-reference inventory systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in retail or tech support
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Available 20-25 hours/week with weekend flexibility
- Valid Washington state driver's license (if field visits required)
