- Process returns/exchanges while maintaining brand standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work 20-25 hours/week (flexible schedule)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (for occasional store visits)
