Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and chat
- Process returns/exchanges using POS systems with 99% accuracy
- Resolve escalations by identifying root causes and implementing solutions
- Collaborate with inventory team to maintain stock visibility
- Document all interactions in CRM system within SLA
- Train on new product launches monthly
- Support weekend peak hours (Sat/Sun 10am-6pm)
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Available 20-25 hours/week including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
