- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues with efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for complex resolutions
- Meet/exceed service level agreements (SLAs)
- Identify upsell opportunities for premium services
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product offerings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficient in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
- Available for 20-25 hours/week with weekend flexibility
- Basic technical troubleshooting aptitude
