Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls and digital inquiries with professionalism
- Resolve customer issues using CRM systems and escalation protocols
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Proactively identify process improvements and contribute to team goals
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and compliance standards
- Support after-hours coverage as needed (evening/weekend rotations)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a B2B environment
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual ability a plus
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations with tight deadlines
- Valid US work authorization and ability to pass background check
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends (20-25 hrs/week)
- Associates degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
