- Maintain detailed records using CRM systems and adhere to data privacy protocols
- Support community outreach programs and assist with event coordination
- Continuously update knowledge of organizational services and policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or related experience
- Exceptional communication skills with empathy and active listening abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM platforms
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
