Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels (in-person, phone, email)
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling standards
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Support inventory management and visual merchandising initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Michigan driver's license preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods (4-6 hour shifts)
