Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage team of 8-10 warehouse staff during overnight hours
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and inventory accuracy
- Optimize workflow efficiency to meet daily production targets
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless transition
- Address operational issues and implement corrective actions
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience
- Proven track record leading overnight/night shift teams
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery proficiency
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with WMS inventory systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
