Responsibilities
- Manage 8-10 person night shift team, ensuring productivity and safety compliance
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and inventory control systems
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Prepare shift reports and performance metrics for leadership review
- Train new hires on SOPs and warehouse management software
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Knowledge of AS/RS systems and automated conveyor systems
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
