Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and stock inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy for next-day delivery
- Maintain organized workspaces and adhere to OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
- Document operations using our proprietary WMS software
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic proficiency with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
