Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 night shift team members in receiving, picking, and shipping operations
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain zero-accident safety culture
- Optimize workflow using WMS systems (SAP/JDA experience preferred)
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance reviews
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and coordinate cycle counts
- Collaborate with day shift for seamless transition
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (SAP, Oracle, JDA)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
