Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 person night shift team with real-time performance coaching
- Coordinate high-volume order processing and inventory management
- Implement safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency during off-peak hours
- Train new associates on equipment operation and company procedures
- Resolve operational issues with minimal disruption to production
- Prepare shift handover reports for day management team
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP/JDA preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid forklift certification and PPE handling expertise
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Spanish bilingual preferred for diverse team management
