Responsibilities
- Manage 15-20 person night shift team and daily warehouse operations
- Optimize inventory control systems and ensure OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless handovers
- Implement process improvements and safety protocols
- Handle employee scheduling, performance reviews, and training
- Resolve operational issues and maintain equipment efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification and forklift operation skills
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in inventory management systems (WMS)
- Available to work 10 PM - 6 AM, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
