Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and team members to resolve logistics issues.
- Update inventory management systems with current stock levels and transaction records.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks efficiently during peak operational hours.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Phoenix facility.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
