Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort freight accurately and efficiently to ensure timely distribution.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with high attention to detail.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling process to ensure all customer orders meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and improve operational productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be 18 years of age or older with valid work authorization.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
