Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and motivate 10-15 team members to achieve daily productivity targets
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct quality control checks and resolve operational issues
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless shift transitions
- Prepare daily performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean record
