Your Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Inspect products for quality and damage before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime.
- Willingness to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required).
