Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Organize and maintain inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain OSHA compliance
- Process orders using handheld scanners and inventory software
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Contribute to a clean, organized work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy (inventory systems preferred)
- Valid government-issued photo ID and work authorization
- Flexible availability for day/night shifts
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Island location
- Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screening
