Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor 10-15 night shift team members, ensuring safety protocols and performance standards
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless material flow and dock scheduling
- Conduct quality control inspections and resolve operational discrepancies in real-time
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory counts, shift reports, and safety compliance
- Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with night shift exposure
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle WMS)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license required
- Experience with inventory audits and cycle counting
