Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ staff during overnight operations (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ensure accurate inventory control and cycle counting
- Optimize warehouse workflow for peak efficiency
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and compliance
- Train and mentor new team members
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless transitions
- Resolve operational issues and maintain quality standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- OSHA 30-hour certification
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
- Valid NYC forklift certification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
