Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ night shift team members to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Oversee inventory control, order picking, and shipping operations
- Implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce costs
- Conduct daily safety audits and equipment inspections
- Coordinate with day shift leadership for seamless handovers
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Maintain accurate documentation of KPIs and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends
- Spanish bilingual preferred
