Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Organize and maintain inventory in temperature-controlled warehouse sections
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and adhere to OSHA protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification a plus)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
